The site says "in stock" and "Ships in 24 hours." I called Tuesday, June 2nd, because the order status says back ordered. I bought a computer (retail) from their web site Monday June 1, 2020. ![]() I am sorry if I was viewed as a trouble maker. I just need help from your executive office in receiving what ever amount is rightfully owed to me. They have poor customer service and they want to avoid paying any claims. S*** also stated that he wanted to put this issue to bed as he is getting too many emails and he does not want to see **** get in trouble. I am attaching the bbb correspondence for your viewing as well. I want only the amount that is rightfully owed to me to be returned. I DO NOT want a goodwill credit of any kind.
